P7X Dry Ice Carbon Cleaning Cleaner Machine

Dry ice blasting is an industrial cleaning equipment that uses dry ice particles as a cleaning medium. By spraying dry ice particles at high speed, dry ice blasting can effectively remove dirt, coatings, grease and other contaminants on various surfaces without damaging the substrate being cleaned. Dry ice blasting technology is an environmentally friendly, efficient and non-secondary pollution cleaning method, and is widely used in automotive manufacturing, aerospace, food processing, electronic equipment maintenance and other fields.

Working principle of dry ice blasting cleaning machine

The working principle of dry ice blasting cleaning machine mainly includes the following steps:

  1. Dry ice preparation: Liquid carbon dioxide is cooled and decompressed to make dry ice particles, usually the size of dry ice particles is 3 mm to 16 mm.
  2. Spraying system: Dry ice particles are sprayed at high speed to the surface to be cleaned through special spraying equipment, powered by compressed air. The spraying system usually includes a spray gun, a nozzle and a compressed air system.
  3. Physical impact: Dry ice particles hit the surface to be cleaned at high speed, removing dirt and contaminants through kinetic energy impact.
  4. Thermal shock: The temperature of dry ice particles is extremely low (-78.5℃). When it comes into contact with a higher temperature surface, it will sublimate rapidly (from solid to gas directly), producing a tiny burst effect, which further helps to peel and remove surface contaminants.
  5. Sublimation effect: Dry ice particles quickly sublimate into carbon dioxide gas after hitting the surface, leaving no solid residue, thus avoiding secondary contamination.

Application areas

  • Automobile manufacturing: used for cleaning molds, welding equipment and spraying equipment, etc.
  • Aerospace: used for cleaning engine parts, fuel systems and fuselage surfaces, etc.
  • Food processing: used for cleaning production line equipment, ovens and conveyor belts, etc.
  • Electronic equipment maintenance: used for cleaning printed circuit boards (PCBs), semiconductor equipment and precision instruments, etc.
